I am delighted to have been “spotlighted” by CREFC (Commercial Real Estate Finance Council).

CREFC is the trade association for lenders, investors, and servicers in the almost ~ U.S $ 5.0 trillion commercial real estate finance industry, with more than 300 member companies. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is an increasingly important asset class, and institutional investors had an average target allocation of ~10% to CRE in 2020, which is almost 2% points higher than during the 2008 Great Financial Crisis (Source: Trepp)
